This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules that protect students, content, payments and the MustMock service.
1. Personal educational use
MustMock accounts and memberships are intended for the registered user’s personal study use unless MustMock expressly permits another use in writing.
2. Account integrity
Do not share, rent, resell or transfer login credentials, assessment access or memberships. Do not impersonate another user or create accounts to evade limits, promotions or enforcement.
3. Content protection
Do not scrape, bulk-download, systematically copy, republish, sell, distribute, record substantial portions of assessments, or use MustMock content to build a competing question database or commercial training dataset without written permission.
4. Technical abuse
Do not probe, attack, overload, reverse-engineer, bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, introduce malware or interfere with the service or another user’s experience.
5. Commercial and payment abuse
Do not manipulate coupons, referrals, payments, refunds, chargebacks or membership activation. Fraudulent or abusive transactions may be cancelled, investigated or restricted.
6. Reports and private notes
Question reports, bookmarks and private notes must not be used to submit unlawful, abusive, infringing or confidential third-party material.
7. Enforcement
MustMock may restrict features, suspend access or terminate accounts for material violations, fraud, security threats or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law and any mandatory notice rights.
